Cooking with Kids: Mini Pies

Mini Pies
Ingredients:
Pie Crusts
Pie Filling
Egg white whisked with a bit of water
Cinnamon Sugar

1. Cut pie crusts with a cookie cutter.
2. Spoon a small dollop of pie filling in the middle of bottom crust. 
3. Top with another crust and seal with a fork.  
4. Use a basting brush with the egg wash on the top of each crust.
5. Sprinkle with Cinnamon Sugar.
6. Bake at 350 degrees until the crust is golden.
7. Enjoy!
