I kept it simple this time by using buttercream with a few fondant accents!  I made this one in an afternoon!

This was a last minute, made in 2 hours (including baking time), going away cake. This cake is chocolate and covered in buttercream that is mixed with almond extract. It has fondant accents that were hand painted with black dye.

M&M Cake

The M&M cake is one of my all time favorite cakes that I made!  M&M's were her favorite treats that year so that was the theme!  Happy 3rd Birthday! 

Red and Yellow have a chocolate cake center and covered with buttercream mixed with almond extract. They have fondant accents. They sit on a large square chocolate cake covered with buttercream and real m&ms.
